A Day of Wellness with Soosan

We are thrilled to share the success of our recent group session led by Soosan at Lincoln University. The event brought together nine incredible ladies for a day filled with relaxation, connection, and empowerment.

Event Highlights

Warm Welcome: The session kicked off with a heartfelt greeting from Soosan, setting a positive and inviting tone for the day.

Sound Healing Session: Participants experienced a soothing sound healing session, allowing them to unwind and find inner peace.

Stretching Exercises: Gentle stretching exercises followed, helping everyone to relax their bodies and minds.

Open Round Table: The round table discussion provided a safe space for the ladies to share their thoughts, experiences, and challenges. This open conversation fostered a sense of community and support.

Healthy Snacks & Smoothies: Participants enjoyed delicious, healthy snacks and smoothies, fueling their bodies with nutritious options.

Socializing & Bonding: The social aspect of the event was immensely beneficial. The ladies bonded over shared experiences, made new friends, and exchanged valuable ideas on improving their lives.

Nutrition Tips: Soosan shared expert tips on summer nutrition, guiding the participants on the best foods to eat during the season.

The session, which lasted about three hours, was conducted entirely in Spanish, catering to the needs of our Latin American clients. Soosan, fluent in Spanish and with deep roots in Argentina, connected effortlessly with the group, making everyone feel at home.

The positive feedback from the participants was overwhelming. They appreciated the opportunity to vent, connect, and learn in a supportive environment. Many expressed how the event had a profound impact on their well-being.
