1:1 Personal training

Soosan will design the perfect program specific to your health and fitness goals. Working together to keep you accountable on achieving your goals and set new ones to keep you challenged.

strength training group class for beginners

This is a great and affordable alternative to one-on-one personal training and highly recommended to individuals who find more motivation to workout in a group, but who may feel intimidated by large group fitness at larger gym facilities. Join Soosan to start your strength training journey. She will be incorporating different forms of exercises such us; dumbbells, resistance barbells, bosu balls, stability ball, and so much more. The benefits to strength training are so much more than just building muscle. It can also help you with your mood, balance, bone health and even to lose body fat. Soosan is here to guide you and assist you achieve your personal goal.

morning yoga stretch

This class is perfect for those who are looking for a slow and relaxing practice. This is a wonderful place for beginners to start their journey to more flexibility and balance. It is also the perfect compliment to any workout routine, recovery plan, or lifestyle. ALL levels are welcome and encouraged to participate! During this class we will use very gentle postures done from a chair or the floor, followed by restorative postures (passive stretching) utilizing various props such as blankets and bolster-type pillows. We will end each class with progressive muscle relaxation, body scanning, or meditation.

crystal sound healing session

If you are someone who is seeking emotional healing, relaxation, mental clarity, a deepened spiritual connection, or interested in the transformative power of 432Hz and its beautiful resonance with nature then this session is for you. During the session Soosan will combine the pure, harmonious tones of crystal singing bowls tuned to 432Hz and other instruments to create an environment of tranquility and healing. The crystal instruments are played off the body, creating relaxation, deep meditation, allowing healing, opening of energy blockages and alignment of the body to its natural state of balance.

reiki & qigong

Experience relief from anxiety, depression, fatigue, chronic pain, and more with our Reiki and Qigong Healing session. These powerful energy modalities help uncover and address the root causes of discomfort, promoting your body’s natural healing abilities. Through gentle techniques, including hands-on or hands-off approaches, we release stress, tension, and blockages, fostering deep relaxation and overall well-being. Sessions are conducted fully clothed, either lying down or seated, with no physical massage involved. Simply relax as we detect and remove energy blockages, offering personalized self-healing tips for continued wellness.

During the session, Soosan detects and removes energy blockages by moving her hands a few inches from the body, occasionally applying light touch. Clients remain fully clothed, either lying on a massage table or seated. This is not a physical massage; simply relax as Soosan works. Afterward, she provides feedback and offers easy-to-follow Qi-tips for self-healing.

6-week online fitness

The video calls will be scheduled for Sunday mornings at 8:00AM starting on May 5th. You will have access to new weekly workout videos, that should be repeated 3 times per week. Each video will be made available to you via e-mail, social media or text (whichever you
prefer). The workouts will be short, but effective. I will design 20-minute total body workouts, focusing on strength, cardio and core. All you will need is some dumbbells, medium to heavy weight, a mat and a bottle of water. You can perform this workout at the comfort of your home.

Vita flex technique session

Vita flex is used to stimulate all the body systems on a physical and emotional level leaving you in a state of peace and tranquility. This powerful technique can help to detoxify, restore balance to nerve pathways (similar to acupuncture), bring the spine into alignment, balance organs and systems as well as relieve stress by reducing overall body tension. Vita Flex is based on a complete network of reflex points that stimulate all the internal body systems. Oils are applied to specific contact points, and energy is released through electrical impulses created by contact between the fingertips and the reflex points.

raindrop technique

This therapeutic massage is a holistic approach to stress relief, anxiety reduction, and fostering positive emotions. Utilizing the Raindrop technique, a layering process of therapeutic-grade essential oils including valor, oregano, thyme, and peppermint, among others, is employed. Soosan implements a gentle feathering technique along the spine, facilitating toxin elimination, immune system fortification, and overall health enhancement. These essential oils are revered for their immune-enhancing properties, supporting various bodily systems such as circulation, respiration, digestion, and nervous system function, contributing to comprehensive well-being.

qiqong movement for healing

Qigong is a practice of learning how energy works in our body, balancing and cultivating energy, so we can heal ourselves physically, emotionally and spiritually. Each healing movements allow the opening of energy channels in the body, strengthening internal Qi and transforming energy blockages. They can be done anywhere, anytime, by anyone. All fitness levels and all ages can enjoy the benefits of practicing qigong. Qigong movement increases balance, reduces stress, improves vitality, calms the mind, improves memory, reduces pain, improves flexibility.
