What is Reiki?
Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and anxiety through gentle touch. Reiki practitioners use their hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing. Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing therapy. It’s based on the notion that all living things have an energy field that help us stay alive. The word “Reiki” means “mysterious atmosphere” and it comes from the Japanese words “rei” (universal) and “ki” (life energy). It is commonly called palm healing or hands-on healing, because the practitioner uses his/her hands to feel and connect with the energy of the body. Some of the principles of Reiki have been around for thousands of years. Reiki, as a therapy technique, was first developed in 1922 by a Japanese Buddhist called Mikao Usui; who taught around 2,000 people the Reiki method during his lifetime. The practice spread to the U.S. through Hawaii in the 1940s, and then to Europe in the 1980s.

VitaFlex is a holistic technique rooted in the principle of reflexology, which involves stimulating specific points on the body to promote wellness. What is Strength Training?
My goal is to help my clients achieve their health and fitness goals. Customizing exercises and fitness programs tailored to the specific needs, abilities, and objectives of my clients. I provide one-on-one or small group training sessions, focusing on various aspects of fitness such as cardiovascular endurance, strength training, flexibility, and overall body conditioning. For instance, Strength training, also known as resistance training or weightlifting, is a form of physical activity focused on improving muscular strength, endurance, and size. It involves performing exercises that challenge the muscles against external resistance, such as free weights, resistance bands, machines, or even bodyweight.
What is Sound Healing?
Sound healing is a powerful healing method that uses vibration to re-tune the body/mind/spirit by balancing the flow of energy through the chakras and meridians, bringing about deep relaxation, energizing the physical body and clearing the emotional body so that a renewed sense of one’s vitality, clarity, grace and joy can be accessed. One of the ways we can use sound to heal the body is to recognize that every organ, every cell, every bone and gland of the body absorbs and emits sound and has a resonate frequency. Scientific studies show that sound waves can produce changes in the autonomic, immune, endocrine and neuropeptide systems of the physical body. In fact, our bodies are capable of absorbing sound that is outside our normal range of hearing. This means that all the sound wave frequencies that are in our environment, especially the ones we can’t hear like microwaves, cell phones, etc. are having an impact on our health and on our frequencies, and our resonate state of being


What is Qigong?
Qigong (pronounced “chee-GONG”) is a Chinese energy healing or energy balancing technique that has been practiced over 7000 years. Qigong principles form the basis of all Chinese medicine. The concept is that all Qi is intended to flow smoothly and continuously; to be in harmony and in balance with the universe.

Qigong is a practice of learning how energy works in your body, balancing energy and cultivating energy, so you can heal yourself physically, emotionally and spiritually. It’s a science. It’s the study of the flow of energy in our body and in nature. When qi flows smoothly in the body, life is good and you are physically and mentally healthy. When the flow of qi is interrupted, energy blockages form and can lead to physical or mental health problems.
